This brew is soft and smokey, with undertones of roasted apple, caramel and vanilla, with malts and the nuance of a fine Bourbon it brings all of the flavour of a guilt free measure! This blend also lends itself to be a teetotal mint julep. Simply ice the tea, infuse with mint syrup, for a clear brew or crushed fresh mint, allow to chill and sip slowly through straw.
